In 2015, Dan Dyksen Design was launched.

With a keen interest in art and typography, I learned my craft at Maine College of Art and Fashion Institute of Technology. Since graduating 30 years ago, I have enjoyed helping clients solve complicated business problems through strategic branding and design.

After years of working with New York brands such as Condé Nast, Robert Miller Gallery and Pace Gallery, my love of the city led me to the role of Creative Director of Marketing and Events at New York magazine. It was a true delight to be there as this iconic brand created an early leadership position in the digital world of 24-hour coverage and branded content.

Leveraging my experience in both marketing and design, I then spent time as a Design Director at Interbrand New York working with global brands such as AT&T, Xerox, GE and Covidien.

As the Senior Partner, Creative Director at Tenet Partners, I had the opportunity to work with great brands, among them IBM, Smithsonian Libraries, CFA Institute, John Deere and The Institute of Culinary Education. Building strong brands through thoughtful design, video storytelling and rich customer experiences has always been a passion of mine. While at Tenet, our work was featured in many design competitions, including Graphis and Print magazine.

Because I believe in the power of design to provoke thought and action, I am thrilled to have had the opportunity to help organizations such as Atlantic Fellows, Food Rescue US, Empire State Pride Agenda and AmeriCares amplify their voice and showcase their mission.

In 2015, Dan Dyksen Design was launched, combining years of experience, a love of design and a desire to create compelling visual solutions for a wide range of clients across finance, publishing, healthcare, media and non-profit. Clients include BNY Mellon Wealth Management, Broadridge Financial Solutions, Bain Capital, Mazda, Keystone Strategy, Independence Blue Cross, Food Rescue US and Atlantic Philanthropies.
